Each meal has been carefully crafted to provide a balanced intake of essential nutrients while incorporating anti-inflammatory ingredients to support your wellness journey and reduce pain. I was in horrible pain & diagnosed with Systemic Lupus many years ago. I was in my twenties & the pain was so severe in my fingers that I was unable to button my own shirt. Since then, I have spent decades researching & implementing holistic practices in order to live a healthy, pain-free life. Food has a domino effect in our body and it can influence it to inflame and cause pain or calm our system down & bring relief. In addition to a 7-day meal plan, I also included a few simple tips that have made a big difference for me along the way — including information about supplements and a tip that helps lessen the negative impact for those times when you decide to ingest something high in carbs. Note: be sure to do a physical "check in" with your aches and pains before and after beginning this journey.
