Session facilitated by the creator, Paula Banno, offers an upbeat and highly motivating experience that brings these programs to life. With Paula as the facilitator, little to no preparation is required on your end—she covers all material, guides the conversation, and ensures the content is both engaging and actionable. Simply invite her to your virtual meetings, and she will take it from there. Paula is flexible and understands that meaningful discussions often extend beyond scheduled timeframes; when that happens, she is happy to meet for additional sessions at no extra charge, driven by her genuine passion for strengthening teams and fostering connection.
Paula requires a brief pre-meeting with the Regional Director or Executive Director to align on preferences and clarify leadership goals. This meeting is to ensure that the experience is tailored and impactful. Additional pre-meetings may be scheduled weekly, at the director’s discretion, to further support alignment and effectiveness. Pre-sessions are included, with the initial session lasting up to thirty minutes and subsequent sessions up to fifteen minutes.
